AI will certainly change how we use software, and some people say SaaS is dead and that prompts will replace every form. However, compliance, cognitive load, and history shows that disruptive technologies still mostly deliver incremental progress. The future is likely to be both conversational, structured and governed. But the demise of SaaS’s and forms is probably significantly exaggerated.
