We are looking for a Marketing Lead to take independent responsibility for our B2B marketing in the Nordic and UK markets.
This role is for someone who can lead the work, not just support it. You should be able to understand the market, craft clear, relevant messages, review content carefully, and ensure the overall marketing work is thoughtful, consistent, and useful to sales.
You will work with a designer and other supporting resources, but the responsibility for direction, judgement, and quality will rest with you.
Our focus is on marketing our software development and systems integration services to buyers in the Nordics and the British Isles. The role covers both strategic thinking and practical delivery. That includes segmentation, messaging, campaigns, content, sales support, coordination with our SEO partner, and follow-up on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our B2B marketing work with a clear sense of direction and ownership
- Build and refine market segmentation and ICPs
- Develop messaging suited to B2B buyers in the Nordic and UK markets
- Plan and drive campaigns that support lead generation and outbound sales
- Shape, review, and improve marketing material such as LinkedIn posts, landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, and website content
- Give clear direction to the designer and other supporting resources to ensure that content and design work together well
- Support outbound sales with lead packs, sequences, and related material
- Coordinate with our external SEO partner and ensure the work supports both visibility and conversion
- Bring structure to workflows through clear briefs, templates, review processes, and quality control
- Track results and report monthly on MQLs, conversion, meetings influenced, and campaign performance

Preferred
Experience marketing to Europe, especially the Nordics and the UK, will be an advantage. Exposure to IT services or software engineering services is preferred. Experience supporting or working alongside an outbound sales function will also be useful.
