Your Role:
In this full-time role, you will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, support lead-generation efforts, and contribute to various marketing campaigns. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate with a marketing, visual communications, or business background to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Brand Development:

  • Assist in creating visuals, writing marketing copy, and executing social media strategies to engage our audience.
  • Support in photography and image editing for marketing materials.
  • Help produce and edit videos for interviews, webinars, and promotional content.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and website presence.
  • Design graphics, infographics, and presentations to communicate brand messaging effectively.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  • Identify potential leads and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn InMail, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  • Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, following up with leads, and updating CRM systems.
  • Conduct research on potential leads and document their business relevance.

Marketing Campaigns & SEO:

  • Optimise website content using SEO best practices.
  • Assist in running and analysing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Monitor website and social media metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Event & HR Marketing Support:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for events and conferences.
  • Support internal branding initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract talent.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Creative Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with a flair for design and artistic interest.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Some experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a big plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with data, with basic Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
