We have developed our own Productivity tools and Software including a Project Management Software for Consulting companies and a Travel Management Software for Pocket PC and Palm.
We have divided this market area into 3 different groups. The first being Business Productivity Systems for SME's. The second software for PDA's and the final productivity tools which we have developed as products for sale.
SME Systems
Over the years we have worked with a number of smaller enterprises which have needed tailormade systems to improve their business. Here are some examples:
- Swedish Car Part Dealer who wanted to the system to suggest to buy every product from the distributor who offered the lowest price. Since all the distributors offered the pricelist in digital form either on disk or over the internet, we constructed a system which whenever there is a new pricelist imported from any vendor the system will find out if there is a better vendor for any product and next time the system orders products, it will suggest to purchase it from the cheaper vendor. This dealer has been able to stay independent from any chain and is doing much better than their competitors.
Göteborgs Containerservice AB is a Swedish Container Depot who wanted a system to keep track on their containers, handling repair and invoicing and to send data to their largest customer via EDI and offer a web solution to the other clients, where the clients can log in and find out the status of any containers at any time. They could not get a leased line to internet from their location in the harbour but are instead using a web hotel and ISDN connection from their two depots in two different cities.
- a few different Hedgefunds in New York who wanted a complete web system for their investors to find out the up to date information and also a backoffice system to handle reconsiliations etc. These solutions were developed together with Pine Grove Software
Our services to these clients includes process mapping, creative analysis to find the bottlenecks and areas where improvements are possible. Our no frills and lower than Western fees per consulting hours offers these and other SME's low price high quality, flexible solutions.
PDA-Solutions
We have developed competence for Pocket PC and Palm and this far we have developed an internal travel expense management solution which is far superior than the one included in the Palm and which helps us to get a portable, solution to our travel expenses.Since development of especially Palm solutions can be very time consuming, the cost could be relatively high and our lower than western consulting fees makes a lot of difference.
Productivity Tools
Our Project Management System - Planner Suite - is a holistic project management tool which includes a planning module, a time reporting module, process support, resource management, billing, reports & analysis.
We have also together with Corporater AS in Norway developed a Model Designer for their Balanced Scorecard Product. This development is completely java based.
